What products do you offer?

We have a wide range of beauty & skin care products as well as gel products from SheSlays. We are the official distributor of SheSlays in Botswana.

How can I place an order?

You can order online through our store or via WhatsApp at +267 7542 0850.

Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order any amount you like.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, just send us a WhatsApp message or phone us to update your order before we send it out.

How do you deliver?

We deliver on Mondays and Thursdays at a P40 fee.

You can also collect your order yourself at our store: Dee's Beauty Spot, Unit 11, Craft Market, Broadhurst Industrial, Gaborone.

Can I return or exchange my order?
  • Orders may be amended or corrected within 48 hours of placement. No changes will be accepted thereafter.
  • Approved refunds are subject to a 15% handling and administration fee.
  • Refunds are not available for purchases after the 48-hour amendment period.
  • Custom-made, personalized, special-order, sale, or promotional items are non-refundable.
  • Any incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for assessment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through EFT.

Payments can be made via direct deposit, cash, or card swipe in store.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Products Purchased Online

Products purchased online may be returned within 48 hours of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A handling fee of 15% of the product value will be charged on all approved returns. 
Approved refunds will be processed via EFT to a bank account nominated by the customer within 14 working days.

Beauty Services

Any concerns regarding beauty services must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment. Queries received within this period may be considered for corrective action at the discretion of Dee's Beauty Spot.

Dee's Beauty Spot will not accept requests for re-dos, corrections, or refunds on beauty services reported more than 24 hours after the appointment.
